3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and colours displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings and display devices. All posters are printed reproductions and are sold as decorative wall art. Unless explicitly stated in the product listing, frames are not included with any poster purchase.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been received. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract occurs when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Payment
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
7. Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Standard delivery within the UK usually takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to postal service disruptions, severe weather, or public holidays. All posters are carefully rolled and shipped in protective tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
8. International Delivery
At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. If you require international delivery, please contact us at contact@posterprintbase.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
9. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by emailing contact@posterprintbase.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been damaged by the customer, used, mounted, or framed.
10. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@posterprintbase.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
11. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@posterprintbase.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns procedure outlined above.
