At Poster Print Base, we want your posters to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
1. Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend required. There are no hidden charges at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
2. How We Package Your Posters
Every poster is carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy, protective cardboard postal tube to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. We never fold our posters. The tube is sealed at both ends and labelled clearly for safe handling during transit. For orders containing multiple posters, items may be shipped in the same tube or in separate tubes depending on the quantity and sizes ordered.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Eid, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
4. Delivery Times
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the postal carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery to remote areas, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man may take slightly longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
5. Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active after dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our postal carrier will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may leave it in a safe place, with a neighbour, or leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you can follow the progress of your delivery using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@posterprintbase.co.uk and we will look into it for you.
8. Missing or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at contact@posterprintbase.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the postal carrier. If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your poster arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@posterprintbase.co.uk. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and poster. We will arrange a free replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible, or issue a full refund if you prefer.
10. International Delivery
We currently only offer delivery within the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at contact@posterprintbase.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request. International delivery charges and timeframes will vary depending on your location and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please note that any international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
11. Delivery Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@posterprintbase.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address for you. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes and you may need to arrange redelivery through the postal carrier.
12. P.O. Box and BFPO Addresses
We are happy to deliver to P.O. Box and BFPO addresses within the United Kingdom. Please ensure the full and correct address is entered at checkout.
13. Bulk and Trade Orders
If you are a business, school, interior designer, or trade customer looking to place a bulk order, please contact us at contact@posterprintbase.co.uk for a bespoke quote. We offer competitive pricing on larger orders and can work with you on custom requirements.
